Don't forget to report that your child is sick or for other reasons can't attend school. Planned absences should be applied for in advance.

Edlevo - Attendance Registration System

Edlevo will be used by guardians to do the following things:

• Report absence and see registered absence
• View your child's school schedule
• In the future you will also be able to apply for planned leave of absence via Edlevo

As a guardian, you need to do this:

• Download the Edlevo app
• Register your contact details in Edlevo (this information was not automatically transitioned from Skola24). It is important that the school has correct contact details foryou as a guardian.
• Check out the Edlevo guide (see below) to make sure you know how to report absences

Good to know!

Your children will continue to use Skola24 to view their school schedule, they will access the
schedule via their login details.

If you do not have e-identification

If you do not have an electronic ID (such as BankID or Freja eID) and you are not able to get an electronic ID, contact Sofia at the ISLK Administration (sofia.wiman@lund.se). Log-in details will be ordered for you manually.

As part of our safeguarding procedure, we require that all notifications are made no later than 8.00 a.m. on the day that your child is sick or absent.

New families, please make sure that the school office gets the children's personal numbers as quickly as possible.

Student Planned Absences

Parents are requested not to remove their child from school unnecessarily. Lengthy absences will affect academic progress and grades. It is the responsibility of the student and/or parent to ensure that missed work is completed. Special work will not be provided by teachers.

A "Leave of Absence" must be filled out even for single day absences. The completed form is to be submitted to the class teacher/mentor one week in advance. Two days off may be granted by the class teacher/mentor. Absences of more than two days must be approved by the Principal who should receive the notice at least one week in advance.
