Livet på Katedralskolan handlar om mer än bara plugg och prov förstås. Skolan har bland annat en mängd olika elevföreningar som ägnar sig åt allt från seriösa ämnen till mer eller mindre udda intressen.
Du kan självklart vara med i hur många elevföreningar som helst. Och saknar du en elevförening så samla ihop ett gäng kamrater och starta en ny. På Katedralskolans finns det plats för både gamla, anrika föreningar såväl som nyskapade och mer originella.
Welcome to the new architecture and interior design club! This club is for those who would like to create and hone their skills with like-minded students. We will produce work for our portfolios (for university), give each other positive feed-back and learn/teach each other about the history of architecture and interior design among other things.

We meet on Tuesdays at 15.25 in Ka22, for 45 minutes. We also create work for the club during the week. We look forward to creating together!
Art club is a great place to meet like-minded, creative people and a space to freely create art! We meet typically once a week in the art room and everyone is able to choose their own projects to work on. If you're interested in joining or learning more, please email the address below.

Som medlem i Kattes balkommitté är du med och ser till att treornas bal blir den bästa. Du får även lära känna nya människor i alla åldrar och från olika program. När vi inte planerar bal hittar vi på aktiviteter och träffas hela året runt och skapar roliga minnen tillsammans! Utöver planeringen som ledarna gör tillsammans med skolan och våra samarbetspartners, gör vi tillsammans som grupp alla bordsplaceringar inför balmiddagen. Som belöning för vårt arbete med balen får vi i balkommittén delta på alla baler under vår gymnasietid, helt gratis!

The debate club is an open space for people to come and work on their presentation and persuasion skills. The club follows the WSDC format (one of the most common forms). We also offer members the opportunity to participate in international Debate tournaments (this is completely voluntary).

Elevskyddsombudens roll är att representera eleverna och värna om deras arbetsmiljö, d v s framföra och följa upp "klagomål" på t.ex. belysningen, luften, ljudnivån, innetemperaturen, ergonomin, trappor, bord och stolar m.m.
Men även mer psykologiska värden såsom : stämningen på skolan, arbetstempot och stressfaktorer, mobbing och kränkande särbehandling. Varje klass väljer en representant som för vidare deras förslag och åsikter till rektorn.

The IB Study Group (스터디 그룹) at Katedralskolan is a community of students where everyone, regardless of academic level, come together with the same goal: to grow, learn and achieve excellence in the IB Diploma Programme. IBAA -International Baccalaureate Alumno Association är en organisation på Katedralskolan i Lund som arbetar med att informera grundskoleelever om IB-programmet. Vi i IBAA är de som sköter marknadsföringen för IBDP på Katedralskolan. Detta innebär att vi har huvudansvaret kring skuggelever samt vid gymnasiemässan och öppet hus att marknadsföra IB som program.

The Katedralskolan Business Club (KBC) is a student-led, non-profit organization committed to fostering entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and real-world business skills within the school community. By organizing events and launching school-based ventures, we aim to provide students a hands-on opportunity to apply the business theory they learn in practical, creative and real ways.

Syftet med Katedralskolans fristående elevkår är att ge eleverna på Katedralskolan en mer givande skolgång. Alla elever är välkomna till elevkåren. En elevkår utgörs av elever som anmält sig till kåren och därmed blir medlemmar. Kårmedlemmarna medverkar på årsmötena som hålls senast första fredagen i april varje år.
Kårmedlemmarna kan också engagera sig genom att starta upp föreningar och/eller medverka i utskotten. Arbetet leds av en styrelse som valts av hela elevkåren på ett stormöte, alltså ett möte där alla i elevkåren samlas för att diskutera aktuella frågor.
Elevkåren ansvarar för fotokatalogen och studentmössor.

KatttBak är en förening på Katte som fokuserar på bakning. Vår idé är att baka allt gott som vi kan sälja vid bakhögtider som till exempel kladdkakans eller kanelbullens dag.

Join Katte Gazette!
The Gazette is the school's newspaper where you get the chance to either write, edit or translate articles thereby enhancing your writing skills. We have meetings on Mondays at 13:00 to 13:45 (in Ka12), Wednesdays at 9:00 to 9:45 (Ka13) as well as on Thursdays from 14:10 to 14:45 (Ka32). We hope you can come to any of these times! These activities provide service and creativity for CAS. You will also get a certificate at the end of this experience. Welcome to the Gazette!

Kattes Science Club is a club where we do different activities related to science, such as experiments, looking at interesting scientific documentaries, science lectures and fun science quizzes . At the end of the terms and close to big test we also organize study sessions, where we study together. We have meetings on Wednesdays at 15:00 - 15:50 in ka 39 and Fridays 14:00 - 14:50 in ka 32. Katedralskolan första revy satte upp av bland andra Max von Sydow redan 1945 och idag är det en fullständigt elevstyrd förening med runt 160 personer som varje år skriver och sätter upp spex på våren.
Generalen har huvudsaklig ansvar över hela Katterevyn, och kontaktas i de flesta frågor.

Brädspelsgruppen på Katedralskolan träffas måndagar kl. 15:10, om ni vill vara med är det bara att dyka upp. Vi spelar mest social deduction som Avalon eller Secret Palpatine; ibland något längre som Blood on the Clocktower. Vi går igenom reglerna snabbt och kör sedan partier i turordning, roller delas ut och vi gillar att prata i mun på varandra (även mellan rundor). Kom i tid; platser kan ta slut. Snacks hoppar vi. Like every other club, The Poetry Club is one based on interest and curiosity. Members will have the possibility to explore poetry, philosophy, art, theatre, music and much more. While there are certain ground rules, as per usual, this club shall be the beginning of a new dimension, a world, a space, fairly without rules and without limitations. Upon entering the club you can be no one, anyone and everyone all at once. Rengöra Lund is a student-led organization at Katedralskolan. Together, the group collects litter from the streets and parks of Lund to promote a cleaner, more sustainable city. With support from the municipality, we sort and recycle the waste, donating any refundable bottles and cans to charity. The club aims to lead by example, engage youth in sustainability, and contribute practically to improving the local environment. New volunteers are always welcome!
