All of these events are part of the project's broader strategy to strengthen talent retention and attraction in the Greater Copenhagen region, addressing the skills shortage in the life sciences and tech sectors.
The events organized by the project are tailored to meet the needs of our primary target group—companies in the specified industries—while also engaging the secondary target group of international talents, particularly master’s students, PhDs, postdocs, and their families. These events provide a platform for businesses to engage with highly skilled individuals, who are looking to establish themselves in the region.
Through networking sessions, workshops, and career fairs, the project aims to foster collaboration between companies and international talent, while also helping talents better understand the local job market, culture, and opportunities for long-term growth and development.
