The action areas developed by our partnership focus on talent retention and attraction, policy impact, and fostering cross-border collaboration. Together, we aim to tackle talent mobility barriers and design a long-term talent strategy.
With a shared vision and strong teamwork, the project partners work closely together to exchange experiences, share innovative solutions, and learn from each other across borders—where dedication and collaboration are key to making it happen.
Our project contributes to UN Goal 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth, fostering sustainable growth through talent mobility and cross-border collaboration. Our co-funder, Interreg ÖKS, always connects its projects to the United Nations Global Goals.
